催供应商交期的英文邮件怎么写:报价后跟进、催样、催生产和延期处理模板
很多人写供应商跟进邮件时,问题不是英语不够好,而是信息太散。上一封邮件只说“please update”,下一封又问“when can you ship”,供应商看完还是不知道你到底要确认样品、排产、出货,还是要他们今天给一个明确日期。

如果你只是想让对方快速回复,语气轻一点通常更有效。如果你已经被连续拖了两轮,就不要再发一封“gentle reminder”式邮件,而是应该把影响和备选动作写清楚。

适合场景:你已经发了询价表、规格或目标数量,但供应商还没有回完整报价。

这封邮件的重点不是催,而是把对方最容易漏掉的四个字段一次点明:价格、MOQ、交期、样品费。很多供应商不是不想回,而是想等信息更全时一次性回。你把问题收窄,他们更容易给出有效回复。
模板 2:样品已经答应安排,但你想确认具体进度
适合场景:对方说会做 sample,但两三天后没有继续同步;你需要知道样品有没有开做、什么时候能寄。

这里最好不要只问 “any update on sample?”。那样对方很容易只回一句 “in progress”。把你真正需要的三个答案拆出来,来回沟通会少很多。

模板 5:被连续拖延两次后,升级成“要方案,不要安慰”
适合场景:对方已经两次改日期,你不再需要听 “we are trying our best”,而是要一个明确动作方案。

适合场景:你不一定要所有货一起到仓,但必须先保住核心 SKU、首发款或主推链接。

很多团队催交期时只盯“整单什么时候出”,但运营上更有价值的问题常常是“哪一部分能先出来”。只要先把主推 SKU 拉出来,广告和库存压力都会小很多。

发出去之前,至少看这五件事:
